Sri Lanka Life Saving (SLLS) is the national body for lifesaving and water-safety activities in Sri Lanka. Carbonix and SLLS have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on disaster preparedness, community resilience, lifesaving education and capacity building.

Our role
What Carbonix supports
Carbonix provides advisory support, programme development and partnership coordination across disaster risk reduction, early-warning systems, climate resilience, environmental management and sustainable infrastructure.
We bring together government institutions, communities, universities, civil-society organisations and specialist technical partners to develop practical, locally appropriate solutions. Our role is to coordinate expertise, strengthen institutional and community capabilities, and support programmes that can be sustained over the long term.
Carbonix does not claim to hold every specialist capability internally. Where required, qualified partners contribute their respective technical expertise within clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
