Disaster management and environmental management are connected. Degraded catchments, wetlands and coastlines can increase the impact of floods and storms. This exploratory collaboration is intended to test how Carbonix can bring environmental, disaster-management and community partners around a single, locally appropriate programme. It is not presented as a completed project.
